Our Interdisciplinary Wiki on Social Interaction and Communication is an
- interactive documentation and development tool for scientific knowledge about social interaction and communication, i.e. for the most important behavior of humans as collaborating social animals;
- interdisciplinary endeavour trying to cover psychological and sociological social psychology, sociology, economics, business administration, biological and cultural anthropology, communication studies, linguistics, informatics, and all other disciplinary approaches relating to human interaction and communication;
- integrative effort trying to relate themes and theories to each other instead of establishing a glossary of terms or a handbook of diverse research topics, especially by relating the keywords, definitions, theories, and sources to journal articles and books from other disciplines;
- international, worldwide collaboration of graduate researchers aiming at highest quality documentation, improvement and development. Theory driven research and methods are documented, diverging opinions are exchanged, and gaps and new research ideas are identified.
If you are interested to contribute and have expertise in a subfield of social interaction and communication, please send an E-Mail to michael.koch@unibw.de to receive an account for the platform.
